We’re pleased to share an update on Kevin and Anna’s custom tiny house build, currently underway in California. We’ve made a lot of progress and it’s shaping up beautifully!
The clerestory windows (above) are now in! Plumbing and electrical rough-ins are also complete (below).
We’ve used pex and copper tubing for the sinks.
We’re using a wall hung toilet to preserve knee space. The wall (above) is built out to receive the carriage for the toilet. Plumbing lines are below.
Plumbing and electrical conduits are in the floor framing.
After installing the conduits and plumbing in the floor, we closed up the floor and framed the interior walls for the pocket doors.
We’re thrilled to include custom art glass pieces by the local artist Lynn Hegney. Lynn is the same artist who provided the stunning art glass in the pocket doors for Vina’s Tiny House.
Stay tuned for another custom design especially made for Anna & Kevin’s home.
Love those art glass samples. Is that block with the nautilus a mold for transferring the design to a sheet of glass? I’d like to do something similar for that pocket door between the kitchen and bath for my TH. Beautiful colors in the square samples. ☺️
